Angular was my first love when I entered the modern web development world. Started with AngularJS 2015 I switched to Angular as fast as the first beta was released. My first enterprise application was build with the first Angular 2.0 Release back in 2016. Since then, I developed a dozen enterprise applications with Angular and currently for me there is no real alternative.

As I started using AngularJS back in 2015 I also discovered Ionic for my self. Ionic allows you to create stunning hybrid apps for iOS and Android without knowing anything about native development. Together with Capacitor it is even simpler to turn any web app with any framework into native like apps for your customers. I'm also the maintainer of the highly used Ionic Native library.

You can't name your self modern web developer without knowing anything about React. For me React is a cool library to build small but robust web applications together with my favorit libraries and tools like TypeScript and Docker.

Together with Angular 2.0 I switched from plain JavaScript to TypeScript and I will never ever switch back. You still develop in JavaScript? Give TypeScript a try and trust me, you won't want to go back. Mark my words. Of course this project is also built with TypeScript.

I started with Docker back in 2015 when I tried to install MySQL, MongoDB and other tools on my MacBook. Before I knew something about Docker it was a mess setting up the named tools locally. Docker made my local development much simpler. But not only the local development flow changed also the way I ship my applications to my customers.

Wanna talk with me about projects?
